Re: Yatta
The too short section warning comes up when the section is, well, too short. If scxvid detected too many scenechanges (likely to happen in high motion scenes), then the pattern guidance won't have enough frames to be able to tell a pattern. Use ctrl+q to delete the extra sections that scxvid got there and just leave the single scene proper, then run the pattern guidance all over again (if you run it just on the single section it'll likely find the pattern anyway, but the too short warning will stay in the log due to how the log solving works). Alternatively, you can just hide the too short section warning by going to Settings and unchecking "Show too short warning".
PS: Do note that you might seldomly have a pattern change in the middle of a section; but at that point you will get a matching failure and you'll have to figure it out on your own (and you can easily fix it by splitting the section at the proper point and rerunning the PG in-section for both).

Re: Yatta
PG is dumb anyway, I can do a 24 minute episode in about 30-40 minutes full manual, or an hour with PG. I'm a little bit concerned about someone who doesn't know how to use Yatta actually using it though, it isn't a tool you can use successfully by just messing around...
