Proper x64 AVIsynth plugin for decoding bluray footage?
Is there a proper .mt2s decoder that'll work with x64 avisynth? I've tried FFVideosource, but for some reason it'll either take a while to load or when it does load, I get glitchy footage.
Is there a better plugin for this purpose?

The 32bit software should work fine, x64 AviSynth doesn't really give you an advantage. I would recommend using L-SMASH-Source instead of FFmpegsource.

Well, the reason why I am using x64 Avisynth is because of Premiere CS6, and from what I've read, the avisynth plugin will only accept x64 avisynth.l33tmeatwad wrote:The 32bit software should work fine, x64 AviSynth doesn't really give you an advantage. I'll look into what you just mentioned. Thank you.

If you are using that to open Blu-ray m2ts files I can see why it is glitchy. Honestly you could just recontainer the m2ts footage into mp4 to use in premiere instead since it is natively able to handle h264 and would more accurately decode the footage. Premiere technically supports opening m2ts files but the seeking when in that container is horrible.

I took what you said into consideration and found a way to demux my BD footage into .264 files (I don't need the audio anyway). Now it looks like I won't need AVIsynth after all (since the footage I am working with doesn't need to be touched up).l33tmeatwad wrote:If you are using that to open Blu-ray m2ts files I can see why it is glitchy. OT: Does Premiere CS6 do proper 23.976FPS now or is that still an issue?
Thanks again.

I'm not aware of any issues with CS6 not using 23.976 when the project settings are set to that.Inuyasha the 3rd wrote:Does Premiere CS6 do proper 23.976FPS now or is that still an issue?

I've been using a m2ts converter to accomplish some of my conversion needs, great.
