Simple Premeire Effects Question. (Rolling the screen)

So I can roll the screen just fine with the roll effect, but I want that effect to roll really fast. I notice there are no speed options for this effect, just direction. Is there another effect I need to be using or what?

Never worked with the roll effect peronally,but if its like any other effect you shold at least be able to set keyframes.
or if its one of those effects that go on the transition bar make the bar shorter

I've tried messing with the key frames, but it doesn't seem to help any. Also it's just an effect, not a transition effect btw. Anybody else have a suggestion?

yea
use the motion settings in Premiere to Keyframe it to your own taste of speed and direction

example*
If you want a roll effect going down, create motion keyframes for the video to go down and have a second video come right above it at the same setting and keyframe that to go down right after the first vid(under motion keyframe settings) and get another video up roll above the 2nd video, etc.
