I just got Pinnacle Studio 9

and it seem that i can't cut the videos myself!
it just splits the video and give me no chance to cut them myself
Anyone knows what should i do?

I gotta start makin' my video soon...

Does Pinnacle automatically cut the videos into small clips when you import like WMM?

I guess so.

There's probably some way to turn that off in the options, though.

Yea if its the importing that is cutting them you should look for it in the options somewhere.
Although if that is the case, there is nothing thats stopping you from cutting/joining up those clips together yourself using those clips

yeah but there is no "cut" or "mark in and out" stuff like other apps
That's really weird
anyways i'll check the app how i can maybe turn it off
and have "mark in and out" or "cut"

Based off of the box of my yet unopened Pinnacle Studio DC10 Plus there is a way to switch from clip mode to timeline mode. I would think that that ability would also be in Studio 9 since timeline mode is the standard mode of all other video editing suites.
