i have made amv's in skool for a grade but i dunno if i could sumhow get them saved to the site(i doubt i could)

uh... unless i can transfer it from a vhs to my computer that stuff is not gunna wrk well for me...

Then you will need a capture card or some other way to digitize the video.

Ah, my apologies.

Well if you want to go VHS > PC,
you'll want to go capture like Kalium mentioned,
but the quality will not be high.
