How Do I Get Music To Put In My AMV?<--STUPID QUESTION I

Hey, sorry for asking this question, but i really don't know. Okay, first of all, if I put in one of my own cds and play it on Windows Media Player, and i try to save the song but for some reason I can't. The "Save As" is faded. Then I tried ripping the songs to my library, and then saving them and it worked. The only thing was that when I tried to open it back up on Windows Movie Maker it says it cannot import the music file because it is protected by a license. So does that mean that i cannot use that song? Also is there another way to get music other than using cd's? J/W..Thanks
