if you are using EAC(Exact Audio Copy), click EAC > EAC Options, then the Normalize tab. Check the Normalize Box, and have these settings in...

=================
Normalize to: 98%

But only, if Peak Level is

smaller than: 85%
or
greater than: 99%
=================

If you have no clue about what im talking about, click here for more information with pictures :D

u can normalise a wave file in nero rom burning as well. open nero select burn audio cd. drop yout .wav into the project window.

when u higlight the file u will see play and edit appear. select edit and you will be able to normalise or just increase the volume on the file. as well as other things such as insert fade in's fade outs.

then do a file save as in the edit window and there u have your normalised file.

I use Sony Soundforge 7, Cubase SX and TMPGEnc to create my video's
(I only just started so i have only posted 1 so far *blush*)

You can download TMPGEnc free from www.afterdawn.com & http://www.videohelp.com/ as well as many other free audio and video tools. TMPGEnc has a built in normalise option in the project wizard which is very useful.

These sites also have fantastic tutorials and resources on aspects relevant to creating anime music video's.

I hope this info is helpful to you.
