Sound cuts off -o-
The other day I finished my video...and everything looked good...
so i deleted all my footage...
Then when rewatching my video...the sound cuts off at the end...
like...the last second! at the fade out...
So instead of fading out...it just cuts off...and sounds like crap.
Does anyone know how to fix this without lessening the video quality?
Thanks!

hmm...
I've not had to perform mpeg surgery, but...
I think you can de-mux the mpeg into its audio and video streams, then create a new, fixed sound file THE EXACT LENGTH DOWN TO THE FRAME of the old bad sound file, then re-mux.
beyond that, its decompress to huff, rebuild it in premier, then recompress...

Not sure if this will work with your editing software.
Open the editing software with a new project and put the video on the timeline. Delete the audio from the audio track. Then put the original audio file (WAV, etc.) back on the audio track and line it up. If you're lucky, everything will synch up correctly. Then render the whole thing out to another file.
Another possibility....Open the editing software with a new project and put the video on the timeline. Put a fade out at the end - audio, video or both. Then render the project.
I tried both methods with an MPEG1 video using Vegas Movie Studio. It works.

Man. I've tried it again and again. I don't use that prog, but i use Premiere, and it's being stupid.
Would anyone mind trying to fix it for me if i send them the files?
The video is just about 50MB and the song is about 5MB.
Would someone mind fixing it for me? >< I need it so I can submit it to a con in like 5 days.
Pleaasse?

Well, now that that's done, maybe someone can help with the problem I have, since nobody bothered before....
Recently I tried burning a CD with Windows Media player. Nothing happened. So I switched to Real Player and it burned just fine. But some of the songs, especially the wma format ones, had static or something in the backround. I'm sure if it's the songs or what I did.
Do you think you help me? Or should I make a new topic?
Oh yeah, I also tried MusicMatch Jukebox but it couldn't find the burner.
