FMV help.

I know there are hundreads of thread about FMV extraction but i simply have no luck with any of them for FFX. i have problems extrating them and the one time i did get one FMV off my disk i couldn't enhance the quality to a high standed. is there anyone who can help me with this please could you if its not to much trouble. anything to help on how to extract the fmv's of FFX and FFX-2 in high quailty would be really helpful.

as for FFX have you tried using the program FFX2Mov?
