flash?

ok u know usually on action vids the have that quick little flash at the sound of a beat well i've been working with movie maker 2 and i really want to use that flash on some of my vids soooo....... is there a flash thingy on mm2 cause if there is can u tell me please!

Put one frame of entirely black or white picture. It works every time.

... and will give your viewer epilepsy every time. If you have to use white flashes, crossfade the flash over a couple of frame in and out. This makes the flash a little longer, so you'll have to use less of them, but it's a little easier on the viewer.

Personally I can't stand the things. Good sync is about motion. Filling your footage with white flashes to just match every beat, has nothing to do with motion, it's just a cheap way to get something to line up with the beats (and it can ruin the motion that your footage did have). If you do use them, use them sparingly.

Epilepsy is a pre-existing medical condition. Epilectics have seisures from flashing lights sometimes, but flashing lights do not cause epilepsy.
