M3U? help plz

ok i have a song that i downloaded from limewire and i saved it onto my desktop and its says its an M3U file i need it to be an MP3 file cause it wont import into wmm ive tried tons and tons of audio converters and none of them will work and i cant find the song anywhere on the net and i have no money to buy it...so can someone please help? i really want the song to be in a MP3 format

Dont discuse piracy and other things here which break the rules that you didnt bother reading.
