audio for music vid

is there a software i can use to do this:
like in an episode of naruto, there is a line what naruto says but there is backround music. I jus waant his line not the backround music.
i mean if u can understand, is there a software that can do that?
that can take his voice only out of the audio?

If it's 5.1 sound you may have luck to find a channel that is voice only.

also, you can fiddle around with a graphic equilizer and find the levels you want, it will make the music sound bad though likly. But if you wanted to know, that might be the easiest way.
Or just google 'audio editor' or enhancer or something.
