Ripping Footage off of Videogames?

Okay, so i wanna rip off some footage off an Xbox game but i have no clue wat i would need in order to do it and if i just stick the disk in my computer, also does anyone know where i can get a Huffyuv codec?

Also i read the guide in the site but im a very simple person and i felt confused at first and read it over but idk where to get the programs
