i forgot the name of this tool

sorry if this is in the wrong section, but does anyone know the name of the tool that you could right click a file and select the option and it would pull up information about the video? ie codec, resolution, audio/video bit rates etc?

i reformatted my computer and forgot about that tool ^_^

You can do it in Windows Explorer; select Properties, hit the Summary Tab, and click Advanced if you're not already on the Advanced view.

But I don't know if that's the one you were thinking of.

There's MediaInfo (right click for nearly all media), AVIcodec (right click for AVI, MPG), and GSpot (right click, then Open With >).
