Error When MPC Closes

Ever since I first installed MPC on my laptop, I receive this error whenever I close MPC. I uninstalled and redownloaded it earlier today, and I still get the error.

I have the same problem.
The only codecs i have installed are the ones that AMVapp installed on my PC.
Also, when i close the WMP another error box comes out:

It seems the problem is ffdshow, but i dont know what to do.
The AMVapp i installed was the 2.1 version. I hope it helps.
So how can i fix the error?

That's actually a different problem than I was whining about earlier, but maybe the same solution will work. The issue was because of multiple instances of FFDshow installed, so I just uninstalled them all and made sure I only reinstalled it once.

That version of ffdshow is extremely outdated. You want ffdshow-tryouts:

I've had that exact same problem ever since I installed MPC. Doesn't seem to do any harm, so I just live with it.
