Premiere AVS script problem (green screen)

I was working on a video in Premiere when some of my files just turned to a green screen. The original clip no longer existed and now in its spot was just a solid green screen. So I tried re opening the program and it still didn't work. Has anyone had this happen to them where the clips/ avs script file just stopped loading properly in Premiere?
No matter what, stay calm, stay cool and live life to the fullest.
Plus as Gene would say always go big in life.
