AMV app question

I'm want to install the AMV App pack, but i wanted a bit of advice before doing so. I already have the Combined Community Codec Pack (CCCP) and was wondering if i should uninstall it before installing the amv app because i think some of the items in these two packs overlap. Any reccomendations would be appreciated.

There's no need to uninstall the CCCP when you install the AMVapp. They don't interfere with each other at all.

And yes, for the record, I have both installed.

The old amvapp comes with ffdshow. Don't install that part.
