Just look at the music off any OST you like. Often, a lot of the songs on OSTs are either really short to begin with or are somewhat more repetitive than a lot of songs, so you could cut them down pretty easily. That at least goes for any of the songs that were written to be placed in the background rather than the foreground.

My favourite for Katawa Shoujo is Aria

'Preview' from the Innocent Venus Soundtrack. As the name suggests, it is used for preview of the following episode. Less than one minute, fast paced piano but not ridiculous. Maybe look it up on Youtube first.
