Dub Mod/Movie Maker issue but mostly dub mod

So I am exporting my video from movie maker and I make a dubmod script so I can run it through the final hurdles to completion. Sadly it fails to open and brings up a window claiming that

"Avi source can not find a decompressor for fourcc dvsd"

Whats going on exactly ?

You're missing a VFW DV codec
