Instaling and finding codecs/plug-ins!
Please help me with this.
I have now a new computer, with Windows Seven and stuff.
It has two directories of Programs (Programs and Programs (x86) ).
I managed to have sony vegas working, but Plug-ins (such as New Blue, SpiceMaster, etc) aren't, even with "tricks".
But the worst isn't that. The worst is that codecks and stuff about AMVaap won't appear either.
Solutions: Vegas was instaled at Programs, while everything else on Programs x86. I tried to instal at Programs x86, works but still with the same problems.
Any help please?

Re: Instaling and finding codecs/plug-ins!
Programs(x86) is for 32-bit programs, while Programs is for 64-bit ones.
It just seems to be a way to differentiate between 32-bit and 64-bit programs (though I can't really see any reason for doing it like that...)
Everything should be going into either one folder or the other...not quite sure what's going on in your case.
No idea how to fix your plugins/codec problem.

Re: Instaling and finding codecs/plug-ins!
If you have a 64bit of Vegas, every other plug in and codec has to be in a 64bit version as well.
Your plugins and codecs are probably in 32bit. If you want them to work, than deinstall Vegas 64 and install Vegas 32bit and also reinstall the plug ins (your codecs should be automaticly recognized by Vegas).
