help converting FROM mp4

i have adobe primiere pro CS3 and i use virtual dub mod and avi synth to convert files from various formats into huffyuv v 2.1.1 CCESP Patch v0.2.5 and then use that as material for primiere. Now, when i convert mp4 to huffyuv it seems fine but once i export it from primiere and stick it on virtual dub mod i'm seeing a whole bunch of blurs and rainbow stuff that screws up the visual quality. this only happens with mp4, i havnt had a problem with other stuff as of yet

now as i mentioned the visual problems only come up after it has been exported from primiere pro so i'm not entierly sure if it's the mp4 format that's messing it up, however these glitches only occur when i'm using stuff that was formerly mp4 so that's the only problem i can think of, anyone have any advice as what i can do?

if you haven't tried exporting uncompressed from premiere, that's usually the first thing to try (export on every version since pro 1.0 has sucked beyond belief)

next thing to try is the debugmode framserver
