Help with converting .mp4 to .avi or .wmv

OK, I'm really having the hardest time finding a legit converter some anime eps that are mp4.

Out of the two I just tried, one kept freezing up, and the other only converted the first 5min, and kinda looked like crap.

I just wanna know if anyone can suggest some converters that are easy to use, and can maintain the good quality of the episodes.

Virtualdub Mod. Download it with the AMVApp I suggest downloading both of the lossless codecs also, if you want to maintain the quality.

thank you, but I found a converter called "Any Video Converter" at download.com
and it works fine, though I have to wait a lil while for the video to convert.
