Vista x64 x264 Encoder Recommendation

As the title says, I'm on a Vista x64 system now and while I've preferred using Zarx264gui in the past, no matter what I do, I can't get it to work on this computer (and I've tried most if not all the fixes on these forums).

SO.

I would like to ask for recommendations on what program to use with Vista x64 to create x264 encoded AMVs. Thanks in advance!

Without checking i'm pretty sure MeGUI would do the trick. As for settings, search around a bit to find a thread I started and Zero1 dropped a lot of encoding knowledge in - it's about a year and a half old by now.
