I NEED HELP!!!

Ok so i downloaded some DBZ eps. (30mb, RMVB file) so i made a avisynth script to make it AVI and i put "BicubicResize" in so i could see what it would look like on youtube. So i then put it in to VDubmod and i make a start and end so i can make a clip. I put it on fast recompress and then save it. But i then realized THE FILE SIZE IS A AVERAGE OF 1GB. So what must i do to compress the file? (im think that i put the recompress on may have somthing to do with it but i dunno....).

well first off all, Don't download yer Clips.

second, Uncompressed footage is GOING to be that big of a file size. We all deal with it.

huh im confused. Why wouldnt i download my clips. And i know its big. But im wondering what to do so i can compress it so it wont be so big.

Lol, NS is saying buy the DVDs.

About the compression, if you do compress it, you'll lose quality and will be very bad in most editing programs.

Compress it to huffyuv or lagarith if you're wanting to edit these files. And yes, the size will still be huge, but get over it. If you can't take it, don't edit.

And don't be surprised when people tell you the quality of this video looks absolutely horrible, because I can already tell you it will.
