Hi, I have got a problem when using SUPER (a freeware) + AviSynth scripts to encode a sequence of ~30,000 1920x1080i frames into a .mp4 video. It worked fine for encoding a short test sequence of 2,000 frames, but cracked down randomly when encoding the long sequence (~30,000 frames). I was wondering if anybody has similar experience of has a cure to this problem? My only goal is to encode these ~30,000 HD frames into a .mp4 video, so I'm also looking for any other tools that can do the job.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Super is generally regarded as...not super. I wouldn't be surprised if it's the source of your troubles.

You have three problems, possibly four. The first is that you're using SUPER and not x264 or some GUI for it. The second is that you're using interlacing. The third is that you're using MP4 instead of MKV when the MP4 container is notoriously undefined, especially in lavf which is what SUPER uses. The potential fourth is that you are encoding upscaled footage.
