Welll, i tried messing with zarx to get it in HD because i've seen some people on tube do that, but i failed big time and it ended up being 240p.
lmao...help? i usually just use the default settings with 256 kbps and shizz

Zarx264gui does nothing regarding the resolution of your video. What you put in is what you get out.
