Zarx264gui Compress .MOV?
Anyway to compress quicktime files?
Also can you change the container that the videos are exported in?

Drag and drop the mov file onto it, and in the box that appears, try selecting "direct", and see if that works. Maybe it will, maybe it wont.
Zarx264gui can save to either mp4 or mkv. If you prefer mkv, all you need to do is change the filename in the output file box.

MKV should be the default, fix this.

I'm actually planning to do that in the next update.Mister Hatt wrote:MKV should be the default, fix this.
Might not update anytime soon though.

Probably should, actually. The x264 revision in the latest zarxgui is pretty old by now. Even if just to update the x264 revision, it'd be a good idea to make a new version.

There haven't really been any significant changes though, so not like it matters really.mirkosp wrote:Probably should, actually. The x264 revision in the latest zarxgui is pretty old by now. Even if just to update the x264 revision, it'd be a good idea to make a new version.
