compression: what's the best

some codecs are ok for editing, like lagarith or huffyuv
the files will be big, but 33% to 66% smaller than uncompressed
these codecs are also lossless, meaning that you won't loose any quality when you compress your footage
Oh yeah! :lol: You CAN use compressed video....BUT! Encode them to Lossless, NOT DIVX/XIVD!!!
