Also, Diva can't seem to select files under 1megabyte. I think that was my initial problem. Not sure though.

No problem. Just remember, Kionon for Most Helpful 2008!

As for files smaller than one megabyte, when dealing with vobs containing footage, you shouldn't have to worry about a file being that small. Just check your vobs ahead of time to make sure you're dealing with actual footage and not menu information, or directions to the DVD player.
