I'd recommend you check out either the org's guides or the guides I wrote on the AMV 101 website to help you get started on on what to use for converting videos. Do not download AMVapp as it is outdated and will cause problems when handling certain sources. If you need a list of software, here is a good place to get started.

i tried to use virtualdub but it cant open vlc files

can u write me the name from a good converter programm who can convert vlc to wmv, avi or mp4?

I apologize, but there is no "easy converter" that is going to maintain good video quality. What is your preferred language? I may be able to track down some guides for you.

I understand english, but dont know these technical terms like: - DVD/Blu-ray Decrypting, Recontainering Tool, AviSynth Plugins ...

just need to know a name of a good converting programm who convert quick and dont loose much quality
my prefere language is german.
