PsxMC - Converting issues

Post by kawaii_hitsuji » Sun Jun 29, 2008 9:04 pm

I'm using PsxMC to rip FFVII clips. I choose the uncompressed avi option and everything goes great from there...until I import the clips into premiere pro cs3 (or even VirtualDubMod).

This is what I get;

Everything is perfectly fine when I play it in Windows Media Player...just not when I import it.

Any idea's of why this is happening and how to fix it?

I can use Psmplay (The xp and vista friendly version) but since I don't know how to rip the clips with a larger resolution, I choose not to use this option.

Try importing them into Vdub/Premiere with through an ".avs".

You could also try to re-rip them as huffy or lagarith, but i think the first method works.

huffy crashs PsxMC, and I can't import the video into VirtualDubMod and Premiere when I make it a lagarith. I tried the .avs option but that just produces the same colour problem as before.
