Was wondering if it would be wise to go ahead and get 64-bit Vista opposed to my 32 bit version. Reason being I want to utilize all my ram. If anybody uses 64 Vista, have you had any computability issues (hardware). Do you think it would be hard to find drivers? If so, should I stick to 32 bit?

don't waste any money on vista if you can avoid it.
if you want a 64-bit OS to utilize all your ram I'd suggest looking into linux (Ubuntu, Fedora and many others are free.)
Last I heard, drivers for 64-bit OSs are hit and miss (some companies will have 64-bit support, some won't. Performance is also hit/miss)
