My video capturing card no longer works in Windows ME. It appears to work fine but it won't talk to my digital camcorder. I have removed the card, reinstalled software, reinstalled the card.........etc..... No system conflicts exist, and the card/camera had no problems 2 months ago. I even went the next step and replaced the card, cable, and software. No luck........same problems. I've run PhotoDV and the new software is EZeditor. The problem used to go away if I would reinstall everything, but this time...........NO DICE.
It may be an IRQ sharing problem, but windows ME will not allow me to dial in all the IRQ settings for my devices. Thus, the IRQ port is shared with some other devices.
I'm at my witts end. Has anyone seen this problem before?

What capturing card? If it's WDM based, you may need to load the WDM drivers for it's chipset (IE: if you have an NVidia based card then you want to load version 1.08 of Nvidia's WDM chipset drivers)
