Thank you for the excellent link. ^_^ That's a very informative site.NightchaserX wrote:Here's a site with EVERYTHING

If what we do wasn't illegal, I'd email them and ask about huffyuv and the problem producing a DV-AVI video when the source files use a changed framerate. They don't seem to mention framerate anywhere, or the common problem with skips in the avi file when you're editing with 24fps footage.
Just keep in mind that while that site is great if you have a problem with your computer or your dll files - it isn't modeled for what amv makers work with - namely huffyuv or altered framerates.
For the problem mentioned in this thread, I'd bet the source files were divx or xvid (or even wmv....scary...). You don't want to edit with those formats in any program, and wmm really doesn't like them. Convert the clips to something more compatible (huffyuv is best for quality, though mpg1 is smaller and will go smoother).
If you *are* using huffyuv, then it probably is a problem with the program or your computer. In which case, read over that site - it should help you find the right packages.

actualy, curently i use divx files to make my amv's (with vegas4 offcource ) and ive never got a single error with them. well, not with vegas anyhow. premier was a totoaly different mater. anyway, if your wondering why i use divx, basicaly i can have a load of eppisodes on my pc at once, which makes things much easier. then when ive finished my amv, i get the scene's from the .vob's and convert them to huffyuv and then just piece the amv back togeather. it works great and means that i dont have to waest a shitload of disk space on huffyuv files.
