does anyone know how many watts does ATI Radeon 9600 take? i havent bought the card, i need the watts so can add all the other part's watts and buys a sutiable power supply

well it can't be more then the 9700 pro right? you should be ok with a 420w PSU... thats what i got and i'm running 3 harddrives, 2 cd/dvd-rw's and all my addon cards (ie sound) plus the video card. i read that some people had PSU and radeon 9700 problems with PSU's with wattages 350 or under (and that doesn't include 5 other drives) so i would go with 400+ just to be safe.

2xCD/DVD (CD-RW and DVD-ROM soon to be DVD+-RW)
Geforce FX 5200 card
Audigy 2 PCI
NIC PCI
Fasttrak Ultra 100 2 - PCI IDE controller (no drives, just idle)
soon to be a cold cathode and 2 LED fans
TV tuner

etc
