Recording Audio
Alright. So I have Pinnacle Studios V. 9 and I'm curious as to how I capture my audio using the 3 jacks from a gaming console. Pinnacle doesn't have a jack for audio, only for video, so I'm wondering where I would plug the audio jack in to record the audio? Thanks in advance for any help.

if you don't want to go out of your way to buy a tv/capture card (which will be able to take rca audio from your system) you'll probably want to get something like this (a female rca to male 3.5mm)

1) .. what sound card is your computer using .. USB or PCI type ??
... "Pinnacle doesn't have a jack for audio, only for video"
T_T "Pinnacle Studio's" do not have Video nor Audio "in's" T_T
therefor repeat question number one until it gets answered.
2) .. what are your three inputs to your computer and what are your
outputs available from the "gaming console" .. which gaming console?
3) .. trying to get the Audio from ... what ??
4) .. if you have a TV Capture/Tuner Card then where is it getting its Audio from?
.. there is quite a big "GAP" missing from your question which makes
your question impossible to answer!

Alright, I'm going to change the question completely. And my computer uses PCI.
I'm in the process of recording footage from video games on the Nintendo Wii. The video I can get no problem when recording. My question is, in order to record the audio, where shall I plug in the red (or white) jack so the audio can also be recorded?
I use the capture device Pinnacle Studios 9 provided and, as far as I can tell, there are no outlets for the red (or white), only video. Maybe that's a little bit of a better question..
