I'm not talking about stuff like PS2 games so don't ask. Soon, I want to start capturing footage from my Wii games and I don't know what a good one that's not too much. I've thought about Gamebridge.
I'm not in a hurry to get it at the moment. I just need it by the time Super Smash Bros. Brawl is out.
Good capturing devices for videogames.

A general method (that will cost you less than bying an expensive capture card) is using a TV tuner. You can get a pretty descent one for cheap.
Most of them will allow you a full screen capture with no problem (unless you try like me on a PIII@500 )
I am not sure but I think you can capture using VDub (if for some reason you don't want to use the software that came with your card - and that would be if it won't let you capture to avi)

i know someone once used their camcorder somehow to capture KH1
i believe i already showed you what i am using and its like $150... there is a cheaper version (but only by like $50) but i cant seem to find it on their site right now... one note on the price: youre paying for the software toovideo profile wrote:To create this amv, I replayed the game over the course of four months, capturing all the cutscenes via a line-in to my digital camcorder. My goal was to showcase a bit of every keyblade and every world in this video, so I switched weapons often to get the best footage. I then spent another month organizing and cleaning up the footage. If you have any questions regarding my methods for capturing and cleaning, feel free to send me a PM via the forum.

Yeah, you told me about that one but it's out of my price range since I don't have a job yet.JaddziaDax wrote:i know someone once used their camcorder somehow to capture KH1

Still, that camcorder thing seems like a good idea. My dad just got one for his 20 years at DOW I might be able to use. How good is that software?
