What is the best one to get? There are a couple of video games I would like to make AMVs to, but I can't rip them, therefore I'll need a capture card. I wanna get the best quality I can, so would anyone be able to reccomend me anything?

Meep. That one seems pretty darned expensive. Anything that can be reccomended for a tighter budget? Like, under $100?

There's ATI Theater 550 Pro. I got it for 77 dollars.

Winfast also gives bang for the buck.
