that's a problem, without anything in there you'll have to use loadplugin() to do anything. It's doable...but autoloading is so much nicer.

If you can do a search for dgdecode.dll and put it (and your other plugins) into the avisynth plugin folder that would be best...but if you can't find it you can get it from here

if you do end up downloading it you may have to re-index your .vob files (the version of dgindex and dgdecode.dll have to match or it'l give you strange errors)

checked the link you gave me

downloaded DGMPGDec Version 1.5.2 Executables

plug-ins is no longet empty

but now dgindex won't do anything.

This is a screenshot of where it froze. not sure if that will help.

unfortunately I don't know what's wrong there...I have 1.4.9 and it works for me, you may want to try again or try another version

It seems that the problem is that the DGIdex is crashing everytime I run it which leads to the avs file not working.

So could a setting be causing this, or something not work in vista?

(and I swear if someone says "vista, well there's you problem. haha" I'm going to kill them)
