I need help with Capturing

I need to know of a program I can use to capture from the card I got this christmas. It is an Adaptec AVC-2000 MPEG-2 PCI capture card. I have tried using the software that came with it, but it is aweful, I have Adobe Premiere 6.0 ,but I dont know how to capture with it. I've gone to File>Capture>Batch Capture and Ive also tried Movie Capture, but they dont work. If anyone can help, or refer a diffrent program, please do so, thanks!
