No need to thank me. While I am happy to help when I can, this is one game where I have my own interest in mind. So I'm basically doing this for myself as well as for everyone else.

*minor update*
Pwolf, I just found out that the 18th fmv on the japanese version works the same way as well. Just so you know, I usually try to exit out of the program just as the program is about to finish the fmv I'm trying to extract so I can get as much of the fmv as possible. Takes some timing, and some times it can be a real pain in the ass. lol

#16 wont work... can you give me the first and last 4 bytes of the file that worked (and a files size would be nice)?

providing your using a hex editor

beginning offset:00000000
47 1F 18 00 64 27 8E 00

end offset:0F8C7FF0
80 07 F6 9E 00 38 15 03

The file size was 248mb. Good luck.

I've searched all through the ISO of 12 with a hex editor...BUT NO LUCK...Maybe because 12 is made in a different way? The FF12 FMVs were found after a string of 0000s and had a string of FFFFs so maybe you could look for the FMVs that way?
