dvd rippers

i'm sure millions of people ask this question over and over but, does anyone know where i can DOWNLOAD a dvd ripper that doesn't take a lot of space on your computer? thanks to anyone who helps me.

You mean a ripper that will produce small rips?

Give up. It's not possible to rip a DVD and get small files without significant and generally unacceptable loss.

You can, however, find a ripper in the AMVApp.

Not if you want them lossless. MPEG-2 rips are about as good as it's going to get.

If your sure so many people have asked the question then why didnt you just use the forum search function? Or use google or just look at the guides you can get to from the main page. Is it realy nessesary to be so lazy when finding the answer yourself is faster?
