I don't know what to do next

I put a dvd on my computer using dvdfab, and got all these files I can't use, what should I do next, please be patient with me and use small words. This is my first time doing this and I understand NONE of these terms. They're under a folder called Video_ts, I think the file types are like .ifo, .vob, and .bup I can play the .vob ones but can't using them in editing, (at least I can't on WMM, can you on some of the more advanced programs?)
Anyway some help would really be appreciated! Thanks.

you need to take the vob files and convert them to something usable..
