Specific video filter

Hey,
I was wondering how you can get film effects like the one in ErMaC's Closer to God 2. I know thier is a aged film plugin and a quicktime plugin but i cant figure out good settings. Thanks for your help

Well you said it yourself there's a quicktime plugin for it. Just play with it till it looks ok.
