First of all your question makes no sense and the plea at the end "please help me". I think we should help you figure out how to ask a proper question.

You want text overlayed on top of a movie, like subtitles?

You want a movie that has only text in it?

You can do that with Adobe Premiere, but it's exspensive.


Iam sure any half-decent video editor, like Vegas Video or Pinnacle Studio allow for addition of text titles.

Of course Iam not sure exactly what you want to do because your question is confusing at the end.

Most systems can place these overlays on yoru video. Also you can create a bmp image of the text you want and tell it to overlay on your video as opaque. Worse comes to worse, virtual dub does a decent job of placing these overlays on a video as needed.
