When I encode using AVIs it comes out black 0.o

Hi, I ripped some FMVs from my Final Fantasy 8+9 ages ago, I started a new AMV using the clips but when I export to MPEG, AVI etc using Adobe (6.5) the video comes out black.

Any one know why? I could encode every clip to MPEG but adobe likes the AVI files and works faster with them

The problem is Indeo. Re-encode them with huffy and your problems will be over.
