Need a Format thats smaller but better then the Huff codec

yeah, well, a small percentage of us have been making videos before there were guides at a-m-v.org, or even an a-m-v.org, like Vlad, Rich Lather, MC Wagner, and Quu (plenty of others).

some of them may be more familiar with everything up here, but I haven't caught up. Havent had a need to yet. . .

once -h stops screwing around we'll have a reliable lossless yv12 codec. That's 25% savings over huffyuv right there and for less chroma resampling to boot. Not a bad deal.

What advantage do you expect from -h's codec in comparison to the already existing, lossless YV12 Codec of Marc FD ? (Is the latter not reliable?)
