I need a program

I need a program that uses VOB files for video. Does anyone know of a program that uses those files?

VOB files are video... they're the container format DVDs use for MPEG2. Read through the guides ( http://www.animemusicvideos.org/guides/avtech/ ), they explain the method we use most commonly for dealing with DVDs (and as such .VOBs). From there, you can either use Premiere to edit natively with the avisynth files or us VDub and the avisynth files to make .avis that other editing programs can use.
