Weirdest AVISynth Error ever.

Post by TornWingedAngel » Mon Nov 03, 2003 1:05 pm

What in Sam hell?

"Unexpected Character 'Ÿ' "

I mean seriously, I cannot even figure out what the hell is going on with this AVISynth error. I'm starting to lose my mind.

What I'm running:
AVISynth 2.5x
Decomb500.dll
MPEG2Dec3dg.dll

I cant figure out this error at all...I keep running into problems with AVISynth, its driving me crazy. I'm thinking of not de-interlacing and just going with interlaced footage until I'm done with the project, but I'm not sure. I want to give it one more shot. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks for your time.

LoadPlugin("C:\Decomb500.dll")
LoadPlugin("C:\MPEG2Dec3dg.dll")
MPEG2Source("C:\Raw_Footage\amelie.d2v")
Telecide(1,post=4)
Decimate(5)
AssumeFPS(24)
BicubicResize(720,480)

Yeah, sorry 'bout that.

Thats donald graft's new version. I think the bug is fixable, you just need to make sure you use both the dg versions of dvd2avi and mpeg2dec
