Problem Playing avs files

Post by truerachel » Sun Mar 28, 2004 6:59 pm

Ok, so I converted to d2v, made my avs file, but when I try to play it in WMP or import it into VirtualDub I get errors saying I don't have the correct codecs. Does anyone know what codec I need or how to fix this error?

You should be using VirtualDubMod instead of VirtualDub for that. The support is nicer. As for WMP... I can't help you there. My 2.5.x AVS kills WMP, but works fine everywhere else.

Ok, I downloaded VirtualDubMod and it Still can't open my avs file. It says "AVISource: Couldn't locate a decompressor for fourcc YV12"
